Bad service

Regardless of paying my service on time I was still disconnected, on top of that being on a phone with different people trying to help me my services are still not connected. Sending proof of payment 3times in one day still not connected. Finally I ran out of airtime still not connected band no call back for the service provider. Disgusted and fuming with anger for poor service and managers that cannot be found to assist staff members that needs assistance. The last lady by the name of Ayanda said when I get home today I'll be reconnected because she did see my payment but couldn't do the reconnection on her side but to send to someone who can, still nothing. 17:35 I get home with no service Rowen assisted me saying I will be connected it's now 18:45 still no connection. Please help me name and shame this company. This is the second month they disconnect me though I made my payment on time. Very frustrated customer
