Bad service

Received absolutely the worse service, I've been calling and explaining the same story to everyone in the call Centre. Nompumelelo told me the team leader Maria will call me back, that was a lie. I called and spoke to Maria explained the story again,I don't know if they put the Calls on hold but after a few minutes she couldn't hear me, I've been calling since 9am this morning. No assistance. Maria could hear how frustrated I was but didn't call me back. I'm disappointed by this horrible service and would appreciate a call from someone is a senior position to get this resolved or I will be forced to cancel this non service.
