Bad Service

on 26/08/2020 I phoned the dstv number to close my account with them and get a refund because another payment went off my bank account. On 31/08/2020 I phoned again only to find that the account has not been closed and no refund paid back to me. I was told that it has been escalated to another department to close the account and that I will be phoned or receive aemail within a hour. Nothing. On 02/09/2020 i phoned again and same thing happened. You will be phoned or receive a email within a hour. It is now a day later the account is still open and still no email or phone call or refund from them. Empty promises.
