BAD SERVICE
Contacted dstv and spoke to Avumile Mdingi who couldn't assist me with my query, asked to speak to his team leader by the name of Akhona Mlungisi but she refused to speak to me after I was placed on hold for over 15mins...i thought the team leaders job is to deal with customers queries if the agents don't know what they doing...
