Bad service

It is with great exhaustion that everytime I have to deal with the incompetency of this establishment someone just decided to downgrade my bouquet without my knowledge to my surprise I woke up to a suspended account and quickly went to make a payment with my own money worse of all whenever I try to call the stupid call centre number it doesn't go through have sent countless emails to no response really puzzling how they still in business if their customers are not top priority yet they the reason whatever they call it is still in business
