Bad service

I'm so disappointed with DSTV multichoice. They offered me a discount on premium for two months of R599 including PVR on which I accepted and paid 700 only they suspended my services yesterday to tell me they had a billing error... I have called 3 times which they ask me to explain from the start every time I call... all the 3 tangents i spoke with promised me a call back from their manager but nobody called... I'm still not being assisted... my number ***
