Bad Service

I wanted to downgrade from Compact to Easy view and Balungile Jennings told me that I must pay R158 including a balance brought forward on my account. Told her that I paid the balance but wasn't sure about the month and she gave me amounts for July and May. I then requested her to check the June amount and she requested proof for June but not for other months because June is the exact amount I paid R514,11 including the balance brought forward she is talking about. I am extremely furious with her treatment. Why did she requested proof for June and not other months? That's totally wrong I know what I have been paying.
