BAD SERVICE

I was invited to reopen my DSTV compact account and i will receive a discount. paid the required amount on the 29 May and everything was fine. On the 29 June 2021 made a payment again using my bank app after verifying how much i needed to pay on the DSTV now App. Fast forward the 05/07/2021 my services have been blocked. I immediately called the call center to query, i sent the POP to *** as the agent advised. He placed me on hold for more than 45 min. after i gave him the reference number i received on the email Ref *** I had to hang up, my query was not resolved. I am annoyed by this behavior - SIES
