Bad service
I won 2 Months subscription on wheel of happiness.last month I paid 412,This month I received a bill of R1051,00.One of Dstv agent advise me to ignore and only pay my normal subscription. I paid R529, Now I'm disconnected. Massage from DSTV
DSTV: We've not received your payment and had to stop your viewing. To keep watching, pay R552.83 .

30 Jul 2021, 16:13Dstv is being unfair to me, my subscription is not R1088,00. I already paid R549,00 on the 27 July 21
They are busy robbing people with their competition Wheel of happiness. April/ May they told me I must not worry because I won 2months subscription. Last month there was a minus on my account, I only paid R412,00.
July I received the below msg.One of the agent advise me to pay my normal subscription as they are aware of this billing problem which is affecting more people. So according to them I must pay another R552.
