Bad service

Iv never had such bad service from multi choice after holding for over 10min to talk to a consultant i got through to yonela at client services who is clueless of what shes doing,she couldn't assist me with checking why my services is off after i made a payment of R500 Multi Choice is a **** man nxaaa i cant wait for my price lock contract to end thjs months.. I have been paying over 800 every months for Dstv Compact just to have acces to the decoder for my internet this is not ryt at all
