Bad Service

I got my premuim plan just a week , where i was told that my first debit order will go of on the 1st of december than last friday the call centre called me and told me i can go and pay the amount of R370 this coming f.riday after we did did the payment from his capitec account and we were waiting for them to give us the email address to eend the proof of payment through he decided its time to go to work,

After how many agents that I spoken to no one will help me so ijust want to tell dstv to come and get their stuff out of my house
