Bad service

My account has been deactivated again for the 3rd time in July and i have paid my account, i have calling and i dont get help at all, i was told all the features that were added on my accounts were cancelled and money will be reversed but it has not been fixe, this is the last straw i will be cancelling my account and leave Dstv for good
