BAD SERVICE

On Wednesday the 3rd December I contacted the customare care number as they deducted money after we already paid the account for a refund. The lasy I spoke to said that the refund will take 24- 48hrs. On Friday the 5th no money in the acc. I called again and again it was said they will submit it again and 24 - 48hrs money will be in the bank. Today still no money. Called again then suddenly it takes 7 - 14 working days fir a refund to be paid back. So I am then only going to get my money in the New Year. I think it is very unprofesional the way they work. Be carefull when you pay money and think you are going to get your money back quickly
