Bad service

Hi hellopeter I have had the worst service from dstv I app**** for a price lock it has almost been a month and yet I haven't received the package multichoice call center agents are disrespect unprofessional they put me on hold for 25 minutes(yesterday)and they can't put me through to their sales department because the manager advised them not to I have been I client of them for years now, precious Jansen-call agent put me on hold for 40 minutes Tuesday
