Bad Service

Been having technical issue for 3 days and the service am getting from the agents is not on . As we speak am on a call for 32:18 and I have been on hold for 30 Min without help . The service is very poor and am thinking of cancelling all extra views am paying cause it's a waste of time and money cause they also repeat the things ... I stay have an error message and no help even now .... So am very disappointed with the service and the staff as a whole .
