BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed with multichoice i asked them to cancel my debit order i will be making cash payments not done i changed my debit order date from the 25th to the 1st now they charging me extra without letting me know about the charge they disconnected my service without letting me know. The consultant that helped me was off no use unfriendly.Please can someone contact me urgently i will not pay the extra charge has i was not aware of it and they cannot just add stuff on the account thinking because it is a debit order they will get away with it. URGENTLY NEED FEEDBACK
