Bad service

I am so ****ed off with DStv, I ordered internet package on the 22nd of September 2021 which was approved. To my surprise when I was tracking my order I realised that the number which was listed there was not mine, as I thought that was it only I was hit with another surprise when I track the order on they’re courier company on the dot the delivery address was not mine it was showing bela bela a place I don’t even know I have never stayed there. I made several attempts to fix this and I was assured that it was fixed up until today when I check with they’re courier company it showed can’t deliver. The lady by the name of noma from freshdesk she assured me that the numbers has been updated and the address but that wasn’t. I made a call to on the dot today and they told me they can’t help with that I need to contact DStv which I did and a gentleman assisted me and assured me I will get feedback within 24 hours and now m still waiting no word from them, he even said the address was updated as well as contact numbers. I wish I could even attached screenshots to show how unprofessional this company workers are. I am really disappointed in them. The level of service they provide to customers makes my heart bleeds. To think of it I went to they’re offices here in Randburg twice but couldn’t be assisted.

Resolve this now I need that package delivered to me before Wednesday.
