Bad service

DSTV Jabulani Mall is very unhelpful. Both our decoders have not been working for about 3 weeks now (hard drive is *******). Every time I visit the branch by the time I get someone to assist, I get told stock is not available I must come back on a certain day. When I do, I get told the same story again. Worst of all, when one gets to the branch you wait in line forever. Today my husband went to them again and was told about stock not being available again and that they were off line and their systems will only be up at 16:30. Tomorrow they won't be able to assist him because they will be doing stock taking, so he must co e back on Wednesday. Please can DSTV Jabulani Mall improve their service to the people, better yet maybe if something like a complaints box can be implemented it might help us as customers to raise our issues/frustrations accordingly.
