BAD SERVICE

I contact MultiChoice on 27 January 2015 requesting my DSTV to reduced my package to easy view. The lady that I spoke to told me that my month ended on the 26 of January and she advised me that it will be done from the 25 of February 2015. I paid R100 in February so that I could in advance. Apparently, my DSTV has been disconnected. Today, I phoned Multichoice and spoke to the agent by the name of Bongani, who inform me that there is no records on their system for the call that I made on the 27 January requesting my package to be changed to easy view. According to Bongani, it could be the agent that attended to my call on 27 January never capture any notes on their system. I requested to speak to the manager, he kept me holding for twelve minute. I am not happy at all with the service I have received from Multichoice Call Centre, Durban branch.

Now, I'm in arrears and I am not prepare to pay for those arrears, I made a call to their call center to change package and they chose not do it, now they making it my problem and it is affecting me financially. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL
