Bad service

Their service is as bad as the repeat we are watching most of the time whereas we are paying monthly premiums. Their consultants are so in experienced and they even admit that they don't understand what they are explaining to you. The service I received is veeeeeeeery bad, It's like they are doing you a favor. please you must train your people to give good customer service and if they don't understand they must just go to people with higher mandate so that they can make them understand, I am very frustrated coz they couldn't even help me
