Bad service

I contacted an agent regarding a wifi as I wanted join & everything was placed in order except that my debit for my wifi was changed & placed with my decoder debit date which I didn't ask for now and I had money in my account for debit of wifi as I had already paid for my dish but it bounced & even a penalty fee is placed in my account which I didn't ask for my decoder was the 3rd while my wifi is on the 10th now my decoder is closed & I can't have my kids not seeing the TV now because the multichoice agent
