Bad service

Bad service of which I paid but the DStv is off as we speak I tried talking to them several times but still they don't sort this out, I don't have airtime anymore to contact them, I wanna know if they gonna reimburse me on all those days that they have disconnected me, I paid after all to watch but now it's off God knows how many times I have called them
