Bad Service

Disappointed with this I'm soo down as I write this, I have a package of R399 with them but now they say I owe 825 as my payment of last month is not reflecting on their system, my decoder is off as we speak as of yesterday my babies are crying for cartoons I just don't know what to say I have spoken to multiple consultants but none of them was able to help me, they all speak of different things I don't know which one is telling the truth I'm soo hurt n dissatisfied with them soo gaatvol
