Bad service

I'm ****ed off about DSTV that doesn't think about their customers airtime. I called them to open my holiday home Decoder but they did not. I couldn't do it via watsup as it required me to get hold of the call center of which i did but even now its not open after waiting so long on the call. I will be waiting for your call
