Bad service

I have a bad experience with multichoice and at this rate i feel like cancelling my accounts with multichoice as it overcharges me with no explanation when i call in i am transferred from pillar to post and they forget i call with my airtime i sometimes feel like they are taking an advantage of me cause i am young
