Bad service

MultiChoice does not take us seriously as it's clients. We are paying a monthly subscription for a certain number of channels but out of those channels only are playing, when you call them about this error E48-32 they always tell you about installation faults or signal problems due to the bad weather. It is not possible that I can have same error for 12 months in a raw, winter or summer this thing is the same. Other channels are playing without problems which shows that there's nothing wrong with the installation, these channels were playing fine without a problem until a year ago and all my attempts to report this to DSTV failed. I feel ****** by MultiChoice and they don't take my grieviances to heart.
