Bad service

Bad service ever. I'm on a price lock of R449.00 n everytime I check my balance due is R449.00. Now when I check is R797 which I don't understand and you are not solving my problem. What is the use of price lock if I can't benefit from it? Everytime I get a reward of free upgrade my account become a mess and online services don't know what they are doing.
