Bad service!

Went to Multichoice branch in Roodepoort today to swop my decoder...what a rude miserable lady behind the counter! A pity I didn't have her name. What a bad experience! At first we stand in the sun and I said to the guy in front of me we must stand inside, which we did, then the rude lady shout at me to stand outside as Covid rules still apply!! I told her that there's no rules anymore, she still shouts at me and said to me there are rules and I must stick to it! I move to the other side of the door, which she shout at me again, telling me that I'm not allowed to stand there! She was wearing her mask and still had the signs on for social distancing and the screens... There are only 5 chairs inside which was surely according to social distancing... long ago! I was so upset and left the shop... What happened to good client service??
