Bad service
Can dstv attend to their customers as per package as quickly as possible. People pay a lot of money for the service. This is why other people don't use dstv anymore. The service is not to standard. They must have a competent system. We pay for this!! Its not free. Please treat us as valuable customers unless we are not of value to you DSTV MULTICHOICE

14 Jan 2022, 10:11We need to be able to talk to someone on the phone, who can help us when I want to complain. The call center agent can't help us with complains. It's frustratin when I'm disconnected because they say I didn't pay, when I have made payment on time. I have experienced this 3 time this month. It's frustrating.
