Bad Service

My Uncle had a funeral cover with DStv and had his spouse added on the cover she passed away July and he contacted Dstv to request a claim however his account then got closed as deceased . He went to the Dstv agency several times and being told the same thing over over again that’s it’s being escalated while the mistake was made by one of the agents but no one has taken accountability to help .
