Bad service

I called last month regarding my husband accout, he charged fees that we know nothing off, then when we call to enquire why, the call centre is always so busy n keeps you holding for over 30 minutes at my own cost 🚮… really ridiculous service… I could not pay before I had an understanding why my bill was so high then again I’m being charged a reconnection fee.. Absolute madness, atrocious customer service and I was told that they will credit the money that charged on his account, i am tired of calling,and I was told that the supervisor will call, My contact details ***
