Bad Service

Multi choice is full of nonsense and the consultants are trained the same way.I have been charged for a decoder that i dont even have i have been asking for the decoder number to be removed under my profile for 3 weeks now with no luck. You just want us to pay for all this additionals and dont even care. The entire month i thought my sevices are disconnected only to be told i have two decoders active owing R1220 why wouldi do that and cant you see when a decoder is active and being watched?
