my id number *** piet phale ,my subscriptions per month to multichoice is 399 and during the month of january i made payment of 200,so at the bck of my mind i was due with 199to make a full payment of 399and the day i made that payment i.did receive an sms stating fo .my reconnection fees as well as the out standinng the amount is 249 which was u derstandable so my questions is wheredoes 320 comes from now,this is a **************** by multichoice
