Are you aware that this dpp of yours is ruining our credit score, why is it still appearing? I was told it will be cleared after 21 days. It is still appearing even long after that 21 days. I don't understand why is this thing appearing. I don't owe multichoice anything. And my contract with multichoice ended long time ago.

Please make sure you clean the mess you created on my credit score.

You emailed me a letter that I don't owe you anything. But your letter is useless because that dpp is still appearing on my credit report.
