Bad service

Its been over 4 months I submitted a complaint on this platform. I received a call but no gallows up was ever done. Im still having the same issue. I have dstv streaming but I can't watch a full show on catch up without it freezing. This only happens on dstv. All other apps are working perfectly fine. The consultant who called Said my internet wasn't stable but how are other apps working? Can this please be sorted out coz I can't watch tb like this rather i cancel
