Bad service

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Dstv, my channel 198 is not playing all other channels are fine no one able to help me for social media channels and I’ve called them still my 198 not playing On stream I’ve changed password but still shows same error saying I’m still streaming to another devise but I’ve change password now
