Bad service!!!

I was issued with two reference numbers in two weeks, however I am still waiting on feedback for a consultant to call me or accordingly revert to my mails relating to my debit query. It is disappointing and an absolute disgrace for such a big company to provide such bad service.

One would think that if you pay over a R1 000 every month your queries will at least be dealt with professionally or receive a prompt response. But NO!!
