Bad Service

I recently bundled Disney Plus and you guys decided to add an additional R225 to my monthly instalment which makes no sense. I engaged your team by DM on Twitter for assistance and their service and knowledge is pathetic. Can someone who knows what's going on please contact me to explain how you get to R225. They sign-off their messages with initials so that I assume they are able to get away with terrible service, no references provided either, what a bad system to say the least.
