Bad service

I am not happy with the service at all ,I do not see value for my money and the sad part of is I was overcharged last month till today I am still waiting for my money and now my payment for next month is even more when I check breakdown balance it says balance brought forward for what only God know ,I am really tired of this poor service. To make it worse their decoder is not working is not two days I have been calling no luck of getting help I am even thing of canceling my subscription with them and find a better service provider.
