Bad service

I decided to downgrade because I mean they always show the same thing over and over. To my surprise, I paid more than I was paying every month. When I called and enquired I was told it's some fee for downloading all R150 plus twice the insurance amount. They never told me when I asked to downgrade and all I could get was I'm so sorry there's nothing we can do. Then they like to pester you about taking funeral cover although you tell them you have. I can't wait to be done with you because you don't show new stuff all you olknow how to do is rob me blindly like that. You put me out of my budget and I wasn't happy about it, train your consultant to disclose all the relevant information
