bad service

So DSTV informs us that we qualify for a price lock jipppeeee! we accept they deliver a new Explorer by couriers as promised and thank you HOWEVER this explorer is collect dust and soon it will be discontinued for waiting so long to be installed by MultiChoice!!! they dont phone back when we have left so many messages! its seems all departments at MultiChoice function on their own???? please come and install the explorer i have a 73 year old mom that is sitting waiting in anticipation for this to happen.
