Bad Service

I need your assistance, on Sunday I logged onto DSTV stream and created a profile with my email address and password only it did not ask me for any other information. I used this profile to watch the whole of Sunday.

When I try and login now it tells me that the profile does not exist which I can't believe after I paid R799.00 on the day.

I called in this evening and then get told that my account has been linked with my father which makes no sense and nobody gave you permission to do so. This is really frustrating.

I would like my full refund ASAP
