Bad Service

On October 28th 2015 I send an Sm's to the Sm's line to apply for the R99 explora package.A consultant called me to process the application.A few days later on November 9th 2015 a consultant called me again to confirmed the application was approved and they wanted to know on which day Multichoice can debit my account and I told them the following day which was the 10th would be fine.I called on November 16th again to find out why my account was not debited yet as per agreement and your consultant told me they would follow up and called me back.I called again and again because no one called me as promised but again received no answer to my satisfaction.I requested then to just cancelled everything.I was called again a few days later from one of your consultants requested if you can proceed again as my case was referred to him and if you could debit my account again which I agreed to be debited on the 20th of December 2015.To date my account has not been debited yet and my question is what I need to do just for Multichoice to debit my account and to send the decoder because I have never ever experience such bad service from a service provider.
