Bad service

Good day This our 2nd complain multichoice bad service first we wait almost month someone from multichoice to call us back to apply for Price Lock which they did on the 6 July after complaining about poor service then I receive call on the 9 July which was approve then appointment date was se for the 14 July up till know nothing I call them someone was suppose to call but still waiting
