Bad service

I am not happy with how this company tries to make money out of us and tell you they apologise for their miscommunication. Imagine being disconnected due to outstanding fees you know nothing about and being told that you have to pay reconnection fees to be reconnected. I am really conflicted! I'm not happy at all!
