Bad Service

the worst service ever, every month i have to call in to query my balances, they always tell me that they will escalate and come back to me and no one ever does. i called multichoice few minutes ago they guy put me on hold for long and did not even apologise for that. i pay for 2 plans which is on access plan (105*2) plus R89 of the pricelock total is R299 i only have one explora that i took with pricelock package, why on earth is my balance showing R388 , what is the extra R89 for? I want that to be fixed immediately and i dont want to be upset next month again, what if i had chosen the debit order it means i was gonna be debited incorrectly every month.
