Bad service

On Friday 12th June went 2 the Dstv branch @Maponya mall got there@15pm and was told it was closed due to the number of customers which were there,i took that then decided to go back the following day this time got there more earlier only to be told they have cut the line again due to long queues again..i asked the consultant to pls confirm for the nearest branch what time they closed and the consultant(short black guy)told me they close and 3pm n went driving there cause i assumed i still have have alot of time and got there @12:30pm..stood in a queue no1 from the branch came out to notify us that the branch closes @1pm hence I was confidently waiting due to what their Maponya colleague said...after waiting 4 more than an hour cause we were getting frustrated of the service we were informed they close actually @1pm..most of us we drove frm Maponya hence we were directed cause "there were no queues n closes late"..the pregnant black manager lady who didnt want to give her name was so rude she called the police on us and yet she didnt have the audacity to come and explain to us what was happening but she reported to the police as if we causing problems..im appauled by what i had experienced
