bad service

i signed up for the price lock like 6 months ago with dstv and we rent movies from them to but sudenly last month my price of 549 went to 659 why they can tell me how the cant tell me on the 28/9 i phone and asked no the will look in to my case and guese what is the 7/10 now and now i am still wating for them to call me when i phone again the sistem is down they can help me so if you brake contract with them you wil pay but if they break contrackt o you will have to wait till they wil phone you back it can take 2 months of 4 months and you wont get you money back this is mad what a tipe of company is this
