BAD SERVICE
I've been experiencing a very bad service from multichoice Thornview branch(block xx) Soshanguve. My DSTV has been off since in the morning whereas I made my monthly payment, the issue has been going on since December.they disconnect my DSTV for no reason. I keep on calling and receive no help.it was switched off today in the morning and I've been calling since in the morning and the system is apparently offline in the branch. This is really bad service. Very very bad for such a big company.
