Bad Service
I have been a premium subscriber for more than 5 years. Two weeks ago my secondary decoder broke down. I took both decoder to N1 City on the 28th November 2015. When I got home we could not pick up all the channels as subscribed. I phoned the call center 3 times and sometimes hanging on for more than 25 min. They told me to call a technician which I paid R350 and he told me that I had the wrong dish. I found this very strange because I never had problems. Yesterday I send 4 emails to all departments of multichoice and a Mr. Kwena Mpela rep**** and apologized telling me that he's been trying to call me. As yet no one contacted me. I am very upset and disgusted that we cannot watch our programs that I've been paying for. Multichoice doesn't even have the decency to contact me. This morning I phoned again and tried to speak to the supervisor, but to no avail. I'm seriously consider cancelling my subscription. For me multichoice is just interested in my money and this is utterly disgusting.
